Staying off-site, but I really need picture taken with cars characters. since they are no longer in HS, can i visit art of animation resort? if so, what do i tell security guard at entrance? tks!

    Hi Maria Fernanda,

One of my favorite activities on a trip to Walt Disney World is visiting the various resorts to eat, shop or simply take in the ambiance. You are welcome to visit Art of Animation even if you are not staying at a Disney resort.

When you arrive at the security gate, have a photo ID ready and let the guard know that you want to look around. You will be directed to the visitor parking.

After you check out Lightning McQueen, Tow Mater, the Cozy Cone and the rest of the amazing Cars area of the resort, I recommend that you take a look at the menu at Landscape of Flavors as well. It's some of the most interesting food court cuisine at Walt Disney World. It's certainly worth planning your visit around a meal there.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Enjoy your visit!
