We are staying offsite. Can we still purchase the memory maker and participate in capture the moment if a spot is open?

    Say Cheese, Debra!

A warm welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your wondEARful question about Memory Maker and Capture Your Moment!

Debra, I am thrilled to let you know that you do not need to a Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guest to use Memory Maker or to book a Capture Your Moment photoshoot! All Guests, whether staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel or an offsite hotel, can utilize these two wonderful services. All you need to use Memory Maker and download your photos is a My Disney Experience account, Debra. If you want to check availability for a Capture Your Moment photoshoot during your vacation, please click this link.

Debra, don’t forget that all Guests ages 3 and up need both a valid Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket and a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation to enter the theme parks. I encourage you to make your theme park reservations as soon as possible as they are limited and subject to availability.

If you have any other questions, please visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR to help you!

    Wishing you a Magical Vacation,
