Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    I am staying off site and have reservations at Chef Mickeys on Sat. July 9 at 7 am. We are planning on going to Magic Kingdom afterwards. Should I drive to Chef Mickeys and then drive to Magic Kingdom or park at Magic Kingdom and walk to Chef Mickeys?

    Hi Angie,

    There is no better way to start a day than by having breakfast whilst being visited by Mickey Mouse and the gang!

    As Magic Kingdom is not due to open until 9am on 9 July 2011, I would suggest that you drive straight to Disney's Contemporary Resort where you will be permitted to park your car for up to 3 hours. This will give you plenty of time to enjoy your breakfast before driving to the Magic Kingdom parking lot and then taking the monorail or ferry boat to Magic Kingdom.

    You should make it there for rope-drop which will enable you to experience several attractions before the majority of guests arrive for the day.
