Hi Stephanie, welcome to planDisney!
I'm so glad you've answered magic's call to Walt Disney World Resort during the
50th Anniversary Celebration. To access the magic, all Guests over the age of three require valid admission, a
theme park reservation for each park day, and a
method of entry. It sounds like you have the first two covered, so let's dig a little deeper into the three methods of entry: admission card, MagicBand, and Disney MagicMobile pass.
When purchasing your theme park tickets on
Disneyworld.disney.go.com, there are four options for delivery: email, U.S. Domestic Standard, U.S. Domestic Express, and International Express. Guests who select one of the shipping options receive their admission cards in the mail. If you chose the email option, you can still obtain an admission card by visiting a ticket or Guest Relations window located outside the entrance to each theme park. Be prepared to show your confirmation email, the credit card used for payment, and the credit card holder's photo ID.
If you'd prefer to bypass the ticket line and head straight to the park entrance, Stephanie, you can purchase a MagicBand
online or at a retail location such as
Disney Pin Traders at Disney Springs.
MagicBands must be
linked to your
My Disney Experience account before use. A Disney MagicMobile pass, available for download in the
My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the homepage -->
Disney MagicMobile), will also work at access points throughout the parks.
You are one month away from
Mickey hugs,
Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway, and alllll the Mickey-shaped snacks. Please reach out if planDisney can help answer any more Mickey-shaped questions.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
