Hey, Lesley and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
When we set out to plan a Walt Disney World Resort vacation we first pick where to stay then we choose where to eat. Eating is just as exciting to us as at the thrill of rocketing through the darkness in Space Mountain.
All Resort hotels offer you three (3) hours of
complimentary parking for dining reservations. When you arrive at your specific dining location just tell the guard that you have a reservation. They will check it against a list they have in the guard booth. If you are not on the list they may ask to see your reservation which should be linked to your Disney account through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. To be safe, I would take a screenshot on your smart device to show the guard just in case the internet is awkward. There are plenty of parking spaces to accommodate both Guests staying and the Resort hotel and those Day Guests visiting to enjoy a meal. If we finish our meal before the three hours is over then we like to walk the Resort hotel grounds and explore. Disney does not shy away from "practically perfect in every way" theming and shopping at each location.
Disney Dad Tip: Two of my favorite fall activities are
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park and the
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. The first is the most spook-tacular event you will ever witness and the second will take your taste buds on a trip around the world.
Lesley, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
