I am staying off site for the 1st 6 days of my trip and on my last night there I am staying at a Disney resort hotel. I want to use my Magic bands for my entire trip but I am just worried about receiving my Magic bands in time for the start

    Hi Anthony,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting to have an upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort planned!

If I understand your MagicBand dilemma correctly, you want to be sure that you receive your MagicBands prior to your departure for the non-Walt Disney World resort hotel stay. For our upcoming trip, we received our MagicBands three weeks prior to our arrival date, so I think you will be fine. Be sure to check My Disney Experience for your MagicBand tracking number. In My Disney Experience, you should receive notification when the MagicBands have shipped and you can use that tracking number to see updates on the status of the delivery.

If you have an active MagicBand from a prior trip, you could bring that one with you just in case. In fact, I always bring an extra MagicBand for everyone in our family when we travel. If someone loses one, then we can use the old one until the lost one is located. If, for some reason, the MagicBands do not arrive two weeks prior to your trip and you cannot track the delivery status, call to speak with a cast member at 407-939-5277.

Anthony, I do hope you have downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App. We love to use the app to check ride wait times, add Fast Pass+ selections and do mobile food and beverage ordering

In the meantime, I am sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that your MagicBands will arrive in time!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
