We are staying off site and have character dining reservations for Askerhus character dining. We have 2 day passes focusing on Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. What is the best way to get to Epcot without added expense? Thanks.

Hi Norma Jeanne and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you have planned a most magical get-away! Rest assured, you will be able to easily travel to Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at Epcot using the complimentary Walt Disney World Resort Transportation.

The easiest way for you to get to Epcot would be to take the Resort Monorail from Magic Kingdom Park. As you exit the park, look for the signs to your right that will guide you to the Epcot Resort Monorail.  My family loves to ride the Resort Monorail – it is exciting just in itself!

If you choose to head over to Epcot from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, your royal meal is only a bus ride away! There is a Disney Transportation Bus that will take you right from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park to Epcot.

Do not forget to allow at least 90 minutes for travel time.

I also wanted to mention that in order to enter more than one Disney Park each day, be sure to add the Park Hopper Option to your Theme Park Tickets if you have not already done so.

Have a magical day, Norma Jeanne!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
