Hi William!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question about Walt Disney World Resort Transportation!
I'm so happy to hear you've got a magical vacation on the horizon! June will be here before you know it, and you'll be off to make memories in The Most Magical Place on Earth. Sounds like you'll be staying in a great location, in walking distance to one of my favorite places -
Disney Springs! Disney Springs is divided into four areas: Marketplace, The Landing, Town Center, and West Side. The inspiration for the design of the complex comes from real coastal towns in Florida. With over
100 shops and boutiques, and over
60 awesome dining locations, there's definitely something for everyone to enjoy at the sprawling 120-acre complex!
During the
phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, complimentary
Disney Bus Transportation is not operating between Disney Springs and any of the four Disney theme parks. Guests wishing to visit a theme park from Disney Springs are welcome to take a Disney motorcoach to any
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, then board a bus from there to reach the desired theme park. (Reminder: to enter a park, both a
Disney Park Pass reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date are required for Guests ages 3 and up.) If you're planning a visit to
Magic Kingdom Park, my advice would be to board a bus to either
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa or
Disney's Contemporary Resort, where you can either zoom over to Magic Kingdom on a
Monorail, or use the walking path to reach the park entry.
I hope this helps with your planning! Please come back and visit us here at planDisney with any other questions you think of before your vacation - we're happy to help!
