Hi Monica!
You asked such a great question about booking your
Lightning Lane Multi Pass. I did some research and found that since you’re staying off property, you can indeed begin making Lightning Lane selections 3 days in advance. However, there are some nuances depending on your ticket type.
If you have date-based
Theme Park Tickets (which have a set start date selected at purchase), you can make Lightning Lane reservations 3 days before the first valid day of your ticket, for the entire length of your ticketed stay.
For example, if your ticket’s first valid day is December 1 and you have a 4-day ticket, you’d be able to start booking Lightning Lane passes on November 28 for all 4 days.
If you have a non-date-based ticket type or an annual pass, you can still make Lightning Lane reservations 3 days in advance, but only for each individual day of park entry. So in that case, if you’re visiting on December 1, you’d start booking for that day on November 28. You would then book separately each following day.
It’s important to note that changes to this information can occur at any time so please reference the “
When to Purchase Passes” portion of the Lightning Lane page on the Walt Disney World Resort website.
I hope that you have the most magical time!
