We are staying off property. Cna we still use Disney transportation between the theme parks? Also, where is a good starting point to arrive from our hotel? Is there a main transportation hub?

Hi Jennifer.   You sure can use the Disney transportation between the theme parks.   In fact, Magic Kingdom will require you to select the monorail or boat to travel from the main transportation hub where you park your car.

From your hotel, I recommend you simply travel directly to the parking lot for the park you are visiting.   As a frequent visitor who arrives via car, I find the quickest and most efficient way to switch between parks is driving ourselves.   I say this for a few reasons. Once you pay for parking at the first park, you can use this pass at any of the other parks.  Also, I find that the time it takes to drive ourselves is sometimes quicker than waiting and arriving via Disney transportation.   This way you also end the day with your car located close to your last place of first.

However, if you prefer to travel via Disney transportation, a good central location is Disney's main transportation hub which as I mentioned above is located by the Magic Kingdom parking lot.   From here you can take monorails to either Epcot or Magic Kingdom, making it a good central place to park.
