    Hey Gerald!

Lovely to see you here at planDisney! I love bringing snacks and drinks into the Parks at Walt Disney World! This is a must-do for me. I’m sure my husband appreciates it when my children and I are not “hangry” for lack of food.

Walt Disney World resort allows guests to bring food and nonalcoholic beverages into any of the four theme parks and water parks as long as they are not in glass containers and do not need reheating,  extensive preparation, or temperature control, and do not have strong or unpleasant odors. The cooler cannot be larger than 24” long x 15" wide x 18” high. Also, don’t make the mistake like I did by using loose ice in your cooler. Bring some reusable ice packs! One thing I did on my last trip was freeze all my water bottles and then used them to cool my snacks in the cooler. I brought foods that did not require refrigeration and wouldn’t melt such as crackers, mini muffins, clementines, and chips. I have many “snack goals” when I arrive in Walt Disney World that I make sure to try but sometimes that bag of mini muffins comes in clutch on a long Park day.

This year, my list of Walt Disney World "snack must-dos" includes seasonal specialties such as the Not-So-Poison Apple Churro from the churro cart near Cinderella Castle and the Apple Fritter Milkshake from Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies.  If available, I am always using Mobile Ordering to make it easier to have my food ready when I want it. As it is Halloween season in the Parks you will find fun snacks available during the day and some exclusive ones during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Don't forget that you are also arriving during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival which is a food paradise everywhere you turn. Global Marketplaces will be set up throughout the park with creative and delicious dishes that will tempt you as you walk past. The hardest part of your trip may be making up your mind from all the excellent choices.

I hope this helps and if you have any more questions feel free to let me know!

    Happy Planning!

My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
