Greetings, Donna, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope I can be a bit of a Fairy Godmother and guide you through Walt Disney World Resort transportation options to get you to the FUN!
First of all, you’ll ADORE
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. Since you’re enjoying the pools, be sure to get wet and underwater in the Finding Nemo pools, where you can HEAR Dory and friends looking for Nemo; it’s amazing! Secondly, pose for the camera in front of all the giant to-scale statuary in all the courtyards; it’s breathtaking! When you’re ready to ride one of my favorite attractions, the Monorail, you can indeed take a bus to either Magic Kingdom Park or Epcot. The
Monorail entrances are outside the touch points for the parks, so after departing the bus, you’ll pass through security and bag check (the Monorail is a secure area) and pass Magic Kingdom’s touch points and up to the Monorail platform. You can stop off at many Disney Resorts for food or shopping or just circle all the way around and then back to your Resort. If you’re heading to golf, you can ride the Monorail to Epcot, and then take a bus to the Disney Swan and Dolphin, where the
Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf course is located!
You won’t waste a single park day if you don’t actually enter a park! Please visit me again so I might wave what magic I have and produce an answer for you… but don’t ask me for glass slippers, because I haven’t yet perfected my spells! Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo! ~ Lindsey P.
