We are staying for 3 nights before our cruise on May 1. we will be going to Magic Kingdom on April 29, do we qualify for early entry? If so, what time is it? Thanks. Alecia.

    Hey there, Alecia!

Welcome to planDisney! A land and sea adventure sounds like a dream come true. I am sure your entire crew is excited for this epic adventure. And your planning is off to a great start. A few days of rope drop before unwinding with seaside relaxation is the perfect combo. Let's go over Early Theme Park Entry so you know what time to set your alarm for your practically perfect Magic Kingdom day

All Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel and other select hotels qualify for Early Theme Park Entry. If your hotel is on the list, you can enter Magic Kingdom and any of the other theme parks 30 minutes before official park opening! Currently, the hours for Magic Kingdom on April 29th are listed as 9 AM to 10 PM, with Early Entry beginning at 8:30 AM. It is important to note that entry times can change, so be sure to check the night before, just in case park hours are extended. Pro tip: If you want to be in the park and on your way to your favorite attraction right at rope drop, plan on arriving at the Magic Kingdom no later than 8 AM for 8:30 Early Entry. You may have to wait for a short bit to enter, but you'll be glad to be at the front of the line. And don't forget to take a quick pause for a group photo on a nearly empty Main Street U.S.A.. It only takes a few moments, and the shot is totally worth it!

During your Magic Kingdom adventure, be sure to check out Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin! This attraction recently reopened with all-new ways to beat the Evil Emperor Zurg and your previous high score.

    Happy sails!
