We are staying 2 nights at AKL Club Level. My understanding was that all club level rooms had a savannah view, but I just read an answer here from one of the moms saying that she stayed there and had a pool view. This is not something we would be happy with

    Hi there, Rachael!

While all of the club level rooms overlook a savanna, it is possible that yes, your savanna might be located behind a pool. However, because you do have a visual sightline to the animals, this would be considered a savanna view.

Your best course of action is to reiterate your request when you do online check-in and when you arrive. The Cast Members will do their level best to ensure that you have a savanna view unobscured by the pool, but this is contingent upon the number of Club level Guests and what rooms have already been assigned and are occupied.

After you see your view, you can always call the front desk to request a different room. If one is available, the Cast Members will work to accommodate your request.

    Have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
