Hello. We are staying 1 night at a WDW resort & checking out the following day & visiting 1 WDW park that day. Does our parking resort charge guarantee us parking at the park the following day since we will be checking out that same day? Thank you.

    Hi Dorothy,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is coming up so soon, and I know your family is getting so excited!

I have great news for you: standard theme park parking is complimentary for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, and that benefit includes your resort check-in day and check-out day. When you arrive at the entrance to each theme park, a Cast Member will scan your MagicBand and see that you’re a registered Guest, and you’ll be all set.

You’re right that there is an additional charge for parking at your resort hotel; this charge will be included in your resort folio upon check-out. Current parking fees, which are subject to change at any time, can be found on the Parking web page.

I hope you have so much fun on your visit to Walt Disney World! There are lots of great new things on the way for 2019, so be sure to read the Disney Parks Blog for all the news - I especially love the updates on all the delicious treats that can be found around the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs. Please come back to see us here on the Moms Panel if we can help in any way as you count down the days!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
