Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Makayla!
You are as welcome as can be here at planDisney! How exciting that your upcoming stay at
The Villas at the Disneyland Resort is just around the riverbend. In addition to the unique storybook theming of this beautiful new Resort, you also have the benefits of staying at The Disneyland Resort, including proximity to the
Downtown Disney District and the theme parks,
Goofy's Kitchen for Character Dining, and all of the amenities of staying in a home away from home at a Disney Vacation Club Resort.
Makayla, if you enter Disney's Californian Resort through the front entrance of the hotel or from Downtown Disney, you can enter
Disney's Californian Adventure Park from
Disney's Grand Californian Resort as long as you are
checked in as a Guest of a Disneyland Resort Hotel and have a valid theme park ticket and reservation for that day. So, yes, you should be able to enter into the park this way. The one exception is that there is a side gate to the right of the entrance of Disney's Grand Californian Resort that is reserved only for Guests of
Disney's Paradise Pier Resort, and it brings you into the park through a different entrance. A room key is required to enter through this gate, so it wouldn't be accessible to you as a Guest of the Villas at the Disneyland Resort. But for the other entrance from Disney's Grand Californian Resort, you
can access the park as a Guest of a Disneyland Resort Hotel as long as you have a valid Resort reservation, theme park ticket and theme park reservation for the date that you are entering the park.
I hope this helps you, Makayla! If you have any further Disneyland questions, stop back to see us and we will be so happy to help you.
Have fun making magical memories!
Keri
