We will be staying at the Music Resorts & I've requested to please put us in a room close to the buses as we do have a problem walking. Is that likely to be possible?

Welcome back to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mary!

You are going to love your stay at Disney's All-Star Music Resort!

I stay there each spring, and can honestly tell you that my heart skips a beat each early morning when I head to Intermission Food Court to get some coffee in my resort-refillable mug: the grounds are so pretty!

The Calypso Buildings will be best for your stay, as they are closest to the lobby, food court, shop and, of course, Walt Disney World Bus Service. To be sure that Disney is aware that your request is due to a mobility issue, I would call Walt Disney World at (407) 939-5277. Ask the Cast Member assisting you if your room location request includes that you have mobility issues in your party; this will help to ensure that your location request is a priority, should a room in that location be available at your time of check-in.

When we stayed at Walt Disney World Resort hotel with three guests with similar concerns, the Cast Member assisting me ensured that our need was noted on our reservation. Upon arrival, we had the perfect location.

Send more questions as you plan your trip to Walt Disney World, Mary; we love to help!
