Hi! We are staying at the Movies, and I would like to get to MK in ferry boat and to Epcot by train, so that the kids get a diferent experience everytime. How can I do it? Is there a map of the ground transportation services available?

    Hi Brenda,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  For us, the path less traveled it our favorite way to go and it's often times way more fun!

Unfortunately, from the All Star Movies resort the only method of transportation out is by bus.  That certainly doesn't mean that you can't get creative in order to use all of the methods of transportation.  Of course this will increase the travel times to your destinations so be sure to plan accordingly.

There is a boat that runs between Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot.  The Monorail runs between Epcot and the Magic Kingdom (with a change of trains at Transportation and Ticket Center).  So wherever you end up, you can catch a bus back to your resort as all of the parks offer bus transportation.

A great website for calculating transportation methods and travel times is www.ourlaughingplace.com simply scroll to the bottom of the page to use their "transport wizard".

    Hope this helps!
