We are staying at the movie resort? Are you allowed to bring alcohol into the rooms? Pool area,?Wine ect.

    Hiya Heather,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My family stayed at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort last spring, and we had so much fun exploring the resort and taking photos with its larger-than-life movie icons. Take some time to check out the theming and Disney details at the neighboring All-Star Music and All-Star Sports resorts, too – and be sure to stop at their food courts, which are famous for selling beautifully-decorated and tasty cupcakes!

You are welcome to enjoy an adult beverage in your resort room and in the pool area at your Walt Disney World Resort. As you enter the pool area, take a look at the Pool Rules to make sure you're in compliance; for example, glass bottles are not allowed in the pool area. I see lots of Guests enjoying their beverages in the plastic Resort Refillable Mugs, insulated tumblers or plastic cups. You'll also be able to purchase alcoholic beverages, including some fun cocktails, or a Pineapple Dole Whip smoothie (my absolute favorite!) at the Silver Screen Spirits Pool Bar at the Fantasia Pool.

You'll find single-serving bottles and cans of beer, wine, and select mixed beverages at World Premiere Food Court in the refrigerated section. My husband and I sometimes keep these on hand to enjoy in the room while we're taking a break or after a long day having theme park fun. My dad usually brings a case of beer to enjoy while watching his favorite sports team on the room TV; if you won't have a car, you should be able to find some alcoholic options in your resort gift shop's grocery area, or you could use a grocery delivery service

It's time for me to take off my sequined Minnie Ears and put on my Momma Bear hat for a minute and remind you to drink responsibly and stay hydrated. It's easy to get dehydrated after a drink or two in the Florida sunshine, especially with all the walking that's part of a Disney day, so be sure to drink that water throughout your days!

Heather, you are only a few short weeks away from your visit – chEARs to a fantastic time!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
