James, it looks like your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the corner. How very exciting! I'm sure you're beginning to pack your bags and finalize your plans for a pixie-dusted visit.

You'll love Disney's Yacht Club Resort. The nautical touches at this Disney Resort hotel offer a relaxed atmosphere which is a nice contrast to the adventure-filled days you'll experience in the theme parks. And speaking of theme parks, Disney's Yacht Club Resort is just a short walk away from EPCOT and only a boat ride away from Disney's Hollywood Studios. Talk about convenience!

There have been a few instances this spring when pools at Disney Resort hotels have reached capacity. In those cases, Guests have had the option to receive an alert and return when space is available. At this time, it's not possible to join a mobile waitlist ahead of time. My best advice is to chat with a Cast Member at Disney's Yacht Club Resort when you arrive. They'll be able to give you procedural updates and tips so that you can enjoy the pools during your stay.

Be sure to review the Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website ahead of your visit. It has lots of important information about the health and safety measures being taken in and out of the theme parks.
