If you are staying in a moderate resort such as the Corando Springs Resort, would a cot or rollaway bed be allowed?

    Hi Samantha,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I just love staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort! Not only does it have an amazing pool and gorgeous theming throughout the resort, but it also features some truly delicious dining options.

Samantha, rollaway beds are available in limited quantities at Walt Disney World’s moderate resorts. For fire code reasons, there may be some rooms whose layouts do not accommodate a rollaway bed, so please be sure to add the request to your reservation by calling (407) 934-7639. If you do not yet have a reservation, be sure to let the Cast Member who assists you with your reservation know that you would like to request a rollaway bed for your room. Please note that requests cannot be guaranteed, and I believe there is a small fee for the rollaway bed rental, so be sure to ask about that, too.

If you’re looking to accommodate more than four Guests in a room, select moderate rooms at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort offer a pull-down bed, and select deluxe rooms offer a sleeper sofa. If you contact Walt Disney World Resort Reservations at (407) 939-1936  and let them know your party size, they can help you find and price rooms that will suit the needs of your group comfortably.
Samantha, have fun “shopping” for the perfect resort room for your magical vacation, and please come back and see us if you have any more questions!

    Have a zip-a-dee-doo-dah day!
