We will be staying May 5th-May 12th and would like some help on what days to go to what parks...Just the four parks no water parks starting Sun the 6th thru Wednesday the 9th Thank You We want to do fireworks one night and Character Lunch one day too

    Hi there, Kim!

May is such a pretty time to come to Walt Disney World! The weather is warm and breezy during the day, and a smidge cooler in the evenings. It'll certainly be enough to enjoy some time at your Resort pool without +worrying about catching a cold as a result!

Crowd levels might be slightly higher than average due to the last of the Spring Break visitors, but I think your May arrival will allow you to miss the bulk of these travelers.Your projected Parks visits (5/6-9) also miss the start of Star Wars Weekends, which themselves see an uptick in attendance.

That said, I'm glad you are already strategizing! Consider putting the highest-demand Parks - Magic Kingdom and Epcot - in the middle of the week: Tuesday for Magic Kingdom, and Wednesday for Epcot,

Start your Parks experience with Disney's Hollywood Studios on Sunday, and explore Disney's Animal Kingdom on Monday. That approach, I think, will maximize your touring time. And you'll have fireworks at both Epcot and Magic Kingdom, each of which offers a nightly spectacular show (IllumiNations: Reflections and Earth and Wishes!, respectively).

If you'd like, drop me a line with your character favorites, and I'll be glad to suggest a restaurant for the character lunch for you.

I hope to hear from you!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
