Hi well be staying 8/22-29, I know abt the weather but I'm wondering abt crowds, I wanna make sure we get thru major rides in the morning b4 heading back to the rm midday but I dont want to act like a drill sergeant but lines are more stressful in the heat

    Hi Jessica,

I think you will find the crowds starting to wane dramatically as your visit progresses. Many schools here in Florida and in other states are already back in session by mid-August. And lots of families who will be starting school after Labor Day prefer to vacation earlier in the summer.

If you arrive early in the parks, I don't think you will have any problems enjoying a number of rides and attractions before a midday break -- without feeling like you are on a forced march.

You are wise to recognize that the rush to try to do EVERYTHING can sometimes begin to feel like a chore. I always think it's better to do fewer things at a leisurely pace than to race among attractions at top speed. You and your family will make wonderful memories if you take the time to be in the moment and enjoy each other's company.

I hope that helps. Please feel free to come back with other questions for me or my Moms Panel friends. We love to assist.

    Enjoy!
