we r staying 10/18 - 10/28. 2011 with 3 of our kids. we are going through a AAA travel agent. she was supposed to be looking out for deals that would give us the free meal plan. she missed the last offer for us. will they offer it again. if so when?

    Hi Alison,

Oh, that was a shame, it is so nice when you are able to get the Free Dining Promotion that WDW offers from time to time.  There is no real way of knowing for sure if and when they will offer this again before your vacation dates, but my suggestion to you is not to leave this in a Travel Agents hands as they are so busy with all of their other clients that they will probably not have time to really sit and keep a keen eye out for this offer for you.  By the time they may notice that this deal is available, all of the rooms may already be booked up (there are a very limited number of rooms for these special offers and you must get right on it when you spot it so you may be able to secure a room at your WDW Resort choice).  I suggest that you be the ones to keep your eyes open if/when this Free Dining Offer is advertised by visiting the following link to the WDW website "Special Offers" page and as soon as you spot it, then let your travel agent know to call right away and see what they can do for you.  Hope this helps....good luck!

    Best wishes,
