We are staying at the Kidani Village and have reservations for 9:15am breakfast at Crystal Palace. How long would it take for the bus ride from the Kidani Village to the Magic Kingdom? Or what time should we plan on leaving the hotel for the bus?

    Hi there, James!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your transportation question!  In general, it is recommended that you allow an hour and a half for travel to a dining reservation at Walt Disney World.  That said, once you board a direct bus from Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village, the journey should take around twenty minutes or so.  However, you will need to factor in potential wait time for the bus to arrive.  It is possible that you may have to wait around twenty minutes for a bus.  Also, once you arrive at Magic Kingdom Park, you will still have to get through security bag check and admission.  Let's not forget any potential stops at Guest Services, restrooms, etc.  For these reasons, I suggest that you leave Kidani Village around 7:45 or 8am.

I wish you a truly magical vacation!
