    staying at kidani village in May (cant wait!!!!) and made reservations for tusker house char breakfast one morning - they say to allow 90m for transport to all reservations but since im so close to AK can i get there quickly and conveniently?

    Hi Dawn:

    I love Animal Kingdom Lodge. As Disney Vacation Club members, it's our "home" resort, and we stay there often.

    Using Disney World's complimentary bus transportation for Resort guests will be a great way to get from Animal Kingdom Lodge to your reservations at Tusker House in Animal Kingdom. Disney buses are scheduled to run on average every 20 minutes from all Disney resorts. We've found that buses from the Animal Kingdom Lodge run frequently and have rarely had to wait a full 20 minutes for the bus.

    Not counting the walk from my room to the bus station, realistically, I budget 30 to 35 minutes to get from Animal Kingdom Lodge to the entrance at Animal Kingdom park, and usually arrive ahead of schedule. Of course, travel times to and from the parks can vary unexpectedly depending on traffic, the time of day, and any unforeseen circumstances.
