We are staying at Kadani Villa and online check in asks if we want Pembe Savanna or Sunset Savanna. What is the difference?

    Hi Anita,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village is such a lovely resort. The decor is rich and detailed, and the ability to see exotic animals outside of nearly every window is wonderful.

I have been lucky enough to stay once in a villa overlooking the Pembe Savanna and once in a villa overlooking the Sunset Savanna. While they are both lovely, I prefer the Sunset Savanna. The Sunset Savanna is on what I consider the interior of the resort, so that you are looking at a savanna with the backdrop of the rest of the resort, which I think adds to the richness of the view. I also believe that the Sunset Savanna is the larger of the savannas. The Pembe Savanna is also nice and has views of animals, I just prefer the Sunset Savanna. Either way, I recommend that you ask for a villa on a higher floor. I like the more expansive view that you get this way. You can bring binoculars for closer up views of the animals.

I hope that these thoughts were helpful for you, Anita. Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do let us know if you have any further questions.
