    We are staying at a hotel off site, are we still able to use Minnie Vans if we want to get around the park, or do we have to use the bus, boat or monorail?

    Hello Sarah! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I'm currently responding to you from the Contempo Cafe at Disney's Contemporary Resort. I have frequently had questions about the Minnie Van Service offered at Walt Disney World Resort myself, I have never been as prepared to respond as I can now with smartphone in hand and connected to the Lyft App.

    The Minnie Van Service is a $25 flat rate for transportation for Guests while on Walt Disney World Resort property. When using the Lyft App, the option for a Minnie Van (and the attached fee) becomes available when your pickup location and dropoff location are both within Walt Disney World Resort.

    While most off-property hotels do not provide the option to select a Minnie Van as an option, a few of the hotels located around Disney Springs, as well as a few others around The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, can be selected as a Minnie Van destination or pickup spot. When I tried to pinpoint a pickup or delivery location using the Lyft App from beyond Walt Disney World Resort, the basic vehicles would be available but not the Minnie Van.

    You are free to use the Complimentary Resort Transportation to reach your destination if the Minnie Van Service is unavailable.

    Based on working with the App, it appears as the Minnie Van Service is focused on providing a benefit to Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel or who currently find themselves needing to hop from one spot to another.
