Howdy! Welcome to planDisney, Lee! We’re so glad you’re here.
A visit to Disney Springs before heading over to enjoy
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is such a fabulous idea! There is so much to do at Disney Springs and some insanely delicious restaurants to enjoy. But, more on that later! First, let’s get to your question!
There is currently no bus to take you directly from
Disney Springs to
Magic Kingdom Park. But, worry not, Lee! You can still use the complimentary
Walt Disney World Bus Service to get there; you’ll just need to make a connection at one of the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels first. So, when you’re ready to head to Magic Kingdom, head to the bus station located behind Town Center, which is right in the middle of Disney Springs. Then, hop on one of the resort buses, and once you get to the resort, wait for the next bus over to Magic Kingdom.
Now, it can take some time for the buses to arrive. So, to avoid extra time waiting, I would personally take the bus over to
Disney’s Contemporary Resort, where you can enjoy a ride on the highway in the sky on the Disney Monorail over to Magic Kingdom. It’s also just a quick 10-minute walk from the resort over to the park, so if you fancy a stroll, that may be your best bet!
Now, let’s talk a bit more about Disney Springs. While you’re there, I would absolutely recommend checking out one of the awesome restaurants. Did you know that Disney Springs has multiple restaurants at Disney Springs run by James Beard Award-winning Chefs? But, of all the restaurants, my hands down favorite has got to be
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. They have some of the best friend chicken you will ever have. I’m also still dreaming about the Okra Fries appetizer! But make sure you leave some room for dessert because their Hummingbird Cake is out of this world! This pineapple-banana cake is SO refreshing and the perfect way to please your sweet tooth on a hot Florida afternoon.
I do hope this answer has been helpful to you! Please visit us if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your Walt Disney World vacation!
Have a magical day!
