We are staying at the Hilton Palace Buena Vista in December 2018. This is the first time in 20 years we have stayed "off property". Is there still the ability to charge park purchases to our room?

    Hi Christa!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited to hear that you will be enjoying Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays! I love all of the amazing holiday decorations that are up at the theme parks, as well as all of the tasty holiday treats. I always try to make a trip to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to see the incredible gingerbread house and get a gingerbread shingle to enjoy!

It sounds like you are going to stay at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, which I think you will love! As you know, Guests staying at one of the Disney Resort hotels can use their MagicBands to charge purchases to their hotel room reservation. Unfortunately, the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace isn't a Disney Resort hotel, so you won't be able to charge your purchases in the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels or Disney Springs to your hotel reservation.

Even though this hotel isn't one of the official Disney Resort hotels, it is one of the Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels. Your hotel is in a fantastic location, conveniently just across the street from Disney Springs. Plus, as a Guest of this hotel you will be able to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours and make your FastPass+ reservations 60 days in advance!

Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
