Hi there, Natasha!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for stopping by with your question about linking reservations in My Disney Experience. I see you'll be arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few short weeks. You're in for a special visit, because you'll be visiting during the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration! The theme park icons have been transformed into shimmering
Beacons of Magic and your favorite Disney characters have donned their best EARidescent party attire ahead of your arrival. Get excited - the magic is calling!
Natasha, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties linking your husband's
Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel reservation in My Disney Experience, but not to worry - I'm happy to help you find a solution! First, check that the spelling of your husband's name is correct on the hotel reservation and that it matches your husband's name in My Disney Experience. Next, make sure that your My Disney Experience account is connected with your husband's account via your
Family & Friends List. If your husband's account is not reflected in your Family & Friends List, select "Add a Guest." Then, choose "Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation." and enter the hotel confirmation number and the last name on the hotel reservation. Select "Locate Reservation." Here, you may be prompted to match names on the hotel reservation to individuals in your Family & Friends List. At this point, you should be able to match your husband's name to his My Disney Experience account. If your husband is still unable to view the hotel reservation in his My Disney Experience account after following these steps, please
contact My Disney Experience for further assistance.
I wish you all the very best with your vacation planning, but please feel free to come back to planDisney with any follow-up questions you may have along the way. We're here to help you have the best vacation experience possible. I hope you enjoy every magical moment of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
