I will be staying at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace in Disney Springs for my trip in the middle of May. I know that they provide transportation to the parks, but I hear that the bus is not the most ideal. What is the recommended transportation to each park?

Hey there Paige! Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for letting me play a part in your magical vacation planning.

I found the most recent Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace bus schedule online and it looks like the bus currently runs every 30 minutes, beginning one hour before park open. Unfortunately, I do not have any personal experience with the bus service from this location but I would call the hotel and speak with an employee if you have any concerns. Another option would be to grab a rideshare to the Theme Parks. In my experience, rideshares have been the most convenient and affordable option for me when getting around without official Disney Transportation.

I enjoy staying at Disney Springs Area hotels because I am closer than ever to a delicious meal in Disney Springs. I recommend grabbing a reservation at my favorite restaurant, Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'. Pro tip: Grab a spot in the virtual queue for Gideon's Bakehouse right before you start your meal. By the time dinner is over, you may be able to walk over to Gideons and grab some cookies for second dessert. Yes, I said second dessert. Grab a slice of Chef Art's Hummingbird cake for first dessert! Go big or go home, right!?

I hope this helps, Paige. If you have more questions, please let me know. Soon you'll be immersed in the magic of Walt Disney World!

    Until next time,
