We will be staying at the Grand Floridian soon and was hoping to have a package from Amazon Prime Pantry shipped to the hotel. Is there a Disney fee associated with doing so? I'm finding conflicting information about there being a $10 delivery fee. Thanks.

Hi Sherri, welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
All Disney Resort Hotels can receive mail and packages for Guests, even before they arrive. You must include the mailing address of the Disney Resort Hotel you are staying at, the word “Guest” on the front and the date of the recipient’s arrival at the hotel.
Sending packages to my Disney hotel is something I usually do. I only remember being charged once, and it was US$ 3,00 (three dollars) per package at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Last year, at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, I had five small packages delivered to the hotel and they didn’t charge me any fees.
Hope this helps your planning. Please, don’t hesitate to come back if you have further questions.
    Have a wonderful day!
