Hi Debbie!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is a stunning and elegant resort, with several wonderful restaurants - my favourite is Narcoossee's located on the waterfront of Seven Seas Lagoon. You also have the added benefit of being able to view the Magic Kingdom fireworks - Happily Ever After - from many spots around the resort, and watch the Electrical Water Pageant which begins at 9.15pm each evening, weather permitting. There is a wide selection of
Disney Resort Transportation to choose from - boats, buses and monorails serve this resort with connections to the theme parks and other resort hotels. For Magic Kingdom Park, take the monorail just one stop, or if you are not in a hurry, enjoy a lovely relaxing boat trip, collecting passengers from Disney's Polynesian Village Resort on the way to the Magic Kingdom Park. For Epcot, you can take a bus straight there, or take the monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center, then change to the Epcot monorail. For both Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, you can simply take a bus. There is also a bus that will take you between these two theme parks so you can easily travel from one to the other. You will find the bus stops at the front of the parks, and the buses run approximately every 20 minutes. Have a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort hotel.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
