I am staying at Grand Floridian 2nights prior to my Disney Cruise. I purchase a 1day ticket to Magic Kingdom. Will I be able to select fast passes 60 days in advance since staying on property, or do you need to have a Magic your way package to do that?

    Hi Lesley!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are getting ready to combine two of my favorite things... a trip to Walt Disney World Resort and a sailing on Disney Cruise Line! I love enjoying the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, water parks, Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs and I also love the relaxation and incredible activities that you will enjoy during a Disney Cruise Line vacation. So a "land and sea" vacation where you can do both is the perfect trip!

Since you will have a shorter visit to Magic Kingdom before the "sea" part of your "land and sea" vacation, the FastPass+ System is the perfect way to make the most of your theme park day. As long as you have a Disney Resort hotel reservation and valid theme park tickets that are both linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will be able to make FastPass+ reservations 60 days in advance of your vacation. So even though you booked your reservations and tickets separately, rather than as a vacation package, you will still be able to make your FastPass+ reservations as early as possible, which will help you get reservations for the things on your "must-do" list!

Please let us know if you have any questions as you continue planning your incredible vacation to Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Cruise Line! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
