    we are staying at Grand Floridian for 4 nights then going to Animal Kingdom Lodge will Disney move our luggage for us? also will they be able to keep our refigerated stuff cold or will we have to do it all? Thanks

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. You are staying at two of my favorite resorts! I love the opulent elegance of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and the ability to see exotic animals outside of nearly every window at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is unique and amazing.

    I have great news for you. Yes, Disney will take care of moving your luggage for you, and they will be able to keep your refrigerated items cold for you. Simply call Bell Services on your check out day at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and let them know that you will be checking in to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge that day. They will handle the transfer of luggage and be able to keep your refrigerated items cold on both ends.
