    We are staying at the Grand Floridian in May with our 3 young children (2,4,7) plus my parents and siblings. Are there any complimentary services, amenities, etc. specific to the GF that we should take advantage of?

    How wonderful to be heading to the Grand Floridian with so many of your family members! The Grand Floridian, like all Disney resorts, offers some unique experiences for its guests. When you check into the resort, you will be given a Directory of Services as well as a list of recreational activities that you can look over to see which may interest you the most (they change seasonally).  A favorite of many guests is the Housekeeping Parade - imagine rows of peachy-pink parasols! Similarly, the lobby is filled with laughter and music in the evening as guests relax in the spacious lobby listening to the live music. The pool has games throughout the day, too. If you click here, you can read about some other options (some cost extra money) by clicking on the recreation link.  A favorite of our is the Movie Under the Stars -- enjoyed by all ages.  Another favorite is the Pirate Adventure (for ages 4-12) -- a chance for search for treasure in the Seven Seas Lagoon.
