    We will be staying at the grand Floridian in may, and I was told to spa will be closed for renovation. I was wondering if there are still services to get my hair/makeup done? I think I am a little too old for the bibbity bobby boutique!

    Hi there, Nikki!  Lucky girl you are!  Disney's Grand Floridian happens to my family's absolute favorite Walt Disney World Resort hotel.  

    Unfortunately, you are correct.  The Grand Floridian Spa will indeed be closed for renovations in May, but you are in luck since the Grand Floridian Resort is home to a fabulous salon.  Ivy Trellis is a quaint salon located on the second floor of the the main building.  The cast members here will surely be able to cater to your every beauty need from hair to makeup.

    I was able to book a last minute appointment for a style and blow out on my last visit and was extremely pleased with the results as well as the professional service and atmosphere!

    Here is a link to the Ivy Trellis Salon Services Menu.  I would highly recommend you call them directly prior to your arrival to book an appointment or to discuss specific requests.  Everything at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort is top notch and designed to please even the most discerning guests, so I can confidently recommend these services to you!
