    We are staying at the Grand Floridian in June/July this year in a Standard Room Club Level - Main Building - Can anyone please tell me a little bit more about staying Club Level and what are the advantages.

    Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is a lovely resort brimming with Victorian elegance. Staying at the Club Level Concierge at this resort will push your vacation to new heights of pampering and elegance. My husband and I splurged on Club Level Concierge at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for a vacation celebrating my graduation. Let me share with you some of the great services that Club Level Concierge guests receive.

    In the Main Building at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, there is a concierge lounge called the Royal Palm Club. It is available exclusively for concierge guests, and features rotation of food and beverages throughout the day. You can head to the lounge to relax throughout the day, and there are also cast members in the lounge who can assist you with various aspects of your trip, including helping with dining reservations and tickets. In your room, you should receive nightly turn-down service.

    Once you have a confirmed Club Level Concierge reservation, you can call Disney Signature Services at 407-939-7777 with any specific questions that you have about your Club Level Concierge experience.
