    We are staying at the Grand Floridian in July. We will not be staying club level this time around. Does the hotel still do turn down service if not on club level? Or does it have to be requested? Many thanks.

    One of my favorite places to stay at Walt Disney World is most definitely Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa! This flagship resort is absolutely MAGICAL from the phenomenal decorations to the world-class service.

    Now, are you ready for some MAGICAL news? I am very happy to inform you that even though you are not staying on the club-level, you can most definitely request the turn down service for your resort room.  All you have to do is talk to the Cast Member at check-in for this phenomenal service! (It is the absolute BEST!!)
