We will be staying in the Grand Floridian Hotel - outer building, theme park view room. I've noticed that we can choose what building we will be in. I'm finding it hard to choose from Sugar Loaf or Big Pine Key. I'd like to see MK, but also the pool/beach

    Hi Kathryn,

I think you will adore Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa! It's my daughter's favorite resort at Walt Disney World. You can request a particular building, but please remember there is no guarantee. I can help you with your choice, though. If you are trying to decide between Sugar Loaf and Big Pine Key, I would suggest Big Pine Key.

Sugar Loaf is reserved for guests who have booked Club Level-Outer Building at the Grand Floridian. You can only stay in that particular building if you have booked in that category.

I would also say that I haven't had a bad view at the Grand Floridian. We have had courtyard views, marina views, theme park views, and a monorail view from Sago Cay. We enjoyed each of those views for different reasons.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let us know if we can help you with any other questions!
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
