We are staying at the Grand Floridian in a few weeks and one of our days starts with breakfast at Chef Mickeys (7:05), and on to Hollywood studios. We will have a rental car, do you recommend we drive to our destinations that day, or something else? Thanks

    Hello Lauren!
Wow, it sounds like you have a busy day planned during your next Walt Disney World vacation! Although you do have a rental car, if you decide to use your rental car, then it may add extra time to your journey because you would need to park it and retrieve it at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Hollywood Studios. My recommendation to you based on where you are staying would be to use the Walt Disney World Transportation System. First you can get on the Resort Monorail at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and get off at Disney's Contemporary Resort for your breakfast at Chef Mickey's which would be the second stop (the first stop would be the Magic Kingdom Park). After your breakfast at Chef Mickey's is done you can get on a Disney bus right there at Disney's Contemporary Resort that is going to Disney's Hollywood Studios. When your day of fun and adventure at Disney's Hollywood Studios is complete you can get on a Disney bus that is heading to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. This will actually be the quickest and easiest way to travel this particular route according to my experience. I hope that your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
