We are staying at the Grand Floridian in a few weeks and heard somewhere that the beach there on the Seven Seas Lagoon might not allow swimming in the lagoon. Is that true? We want to make sure we can cool off in the water with our daughter. Thank you

Hi Molly!  The beaches at all of the resorts are strictly for use for the on shore sand. No swimming is allowed in any of the waters due to health and safety reasons. Life guards are not on duty and all swimming is restricted to the pools.  All of the Disney resorts have multiple pools so there shouldn't be any problem finding somewhere to cool off during the hot days.  The Grand Floridian has two wonderful pools that both kids and adults can enjoy.  I am sure you will love your stay at this beautiful resort!
