    We are staying at The Grand Floridian Club Level and I was curious to know if we are supposed to tip the evening turndown service? We leave a tip for the cleaning in the morning of 10 dollars for the 4 of us but we never left anything at night. Thanks you

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is such a beautiful Resort! You are really going to enjoy Club Level Concierge and the "Royal" treatment that comes with it! You will have access to advanced itinerary planning and assistance with reserving Dining, Childcare services, and more. It's great to be able to grab a quick bite to eat and be on your way for a day (or evening) of fun in the Parks. There will coffee and continental breakfast waiting in the lounge in the morning, drinks and snacks throughout the day, and delicious hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer, cordials, and desserts in the evening. There's also turndown service with chocolates; a sweet way to end a magical day! 

    You are not obligated to tip for evening turndown service, any tips to Cast Members are entirely at your discretion. If you feel that you would like to leave a little something for the Cast Members providing this service then you are more than welcome to do so.
