Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elisha. We're glad you stopped by with this great question!
I'm so pleased to hear you have an upcoming stay planned at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. This deluxe Resort hotel is the epitome of luxury! I know your visit will be practically perfect in every way. Unfortunately, your lovely stay will inevitably come to an end, but scheduling a
Character Dining Experience for your departure day is a fantastic way to squeeze every last bit of magic out of your vacation. While valid admission is required to enjoy a dining reservation at a restaurant located inside a theme park, there are no requirements necessary to make a dining reservation at another Resort hotel! On your departure day, I highly recommend visiting
Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort or
'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. These dining locations are just a convenient monorail ride away from Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. My family loves BOTH, but as a mom of three, I do appreciate that the Best Friends Breakfast at 'Ohana is served family-style, which means I don't have to help my little ones at a buffet. You really can't go wrong with either restaurant, though!
Be sure to plan for some downtime at your Resort hotel. One of my favorite things about Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is the big, beautiful lobby. It's the perfect place to relax!
Elisha, please let me know if you have any other questions. I'd love to help you plan a magical visit!
