Hi again, Nicole! Thanks so much for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!
When you check in at
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, you will be required to provide a credit card. This is for room incidentals and if you decide to charge anything back to your room while you are in the parks. In my experience, I have never paid any resort fees beyond what was billed when I booked the room.
You are going to adore your stay at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa! The Great Hall Lobby has been recently rejuvenated and is more magnificent than ever. There are also some fabulous dining locations right inside the hotel. Storytellers Cafe has an delicious buffet and if you book a breakfast there, some of your favorite characters will join you while you dine. If you are looking for a romantic dinner, look no further than the exquisite Napa Rose. Or if you are in need of a quick meal or some grab-and-go items to take back to your room,
White Water Snacks has you covered. But the absolute best perk of this hotel is the dedicated entrance to Disney California Adventure Park. You will literally be mere steps away from all the magic!
If you are looking for something fun and different to do around the hotel with the kids, try the Grand Quest. This is a scavenger hunt around the hotel perfect for children ages 3 through 12 and is a whole lot of fun. Plus, if they complete the quest, they will be rewarded with a special treat! Just stop by the Guest Services desk to get started.
Please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again if you have any other questions about your upcoming trip. See ya real soon!
