    Hello. We are staying at the grand Californian next week. What time is the check in?

    Hello there, Kelly!

    Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for sending us your Disneyland Resort question. A stay at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa sounds like the perfect late-summer vacation! The hotel’s California Craftsman-inspired architecture is breathtaking, so be sure to take a walk around the property during your visit. 

    You can check in at the hotel anytime on your arrival day, but please keep in mind that your room likely won’t be available until after 3:00 in the afternoon. If you arrive at the hotel early, you’re welcome to check in and store your luggage with Bell Services until your room is accessible. There are restrooms located near the lobby as well as lounge chairs and sofas near the front desk if you need a place to relax before heading to the theme parks or Downtown Disney District!
