Grand Californian Hotel offers both self-service laundry and valet and dry cleaning services. For direct-to-room service, you will generally find the information hanging with a laundry bag in your room's closet. This laundry service will be billed to your room directly, and prices can generally be found on the information sheet. You can also contact the Front Desk and speak with a Cast Member to find out about laundry services.
Self-service laundry is a great option if you end up taking a pool day, as you can do both simultaneously. There are two laundry rooms at the
Grand Californian; the first laundry room is located by the Disney Vacation Club wing on the first floor, and the second laundry room is situated above the Napa Rose elevators on the second floor. Please note that the laundry machines, including the detergent vending machine, only take debit and credit cards.
