    Hi! We will be staying at the Grand CA in December. Can I send some baby essentials via Fed Ex or USPS to the hotel? Also do you know if they provide a crib or a Graco pack and play? Thank you

    My family just stayed at Disney's Grand Californian for a week and I honestly could have stayed there forever!  It's so funny that you asked this question, because I always ship a "care package" to the hotel before my arrival and it's rare that I leave without sending a BIG box home because we "overshopped"!

    The mailing/shipping address for the Grand Californian is as follows.  Be sure to include your name and check in date too, so the package can be held and made available to you upon arrival:

    Moving on to the second part of your question, Pack 'n' Plays are usually available in each guest room, but come to think of it, I don't remember seeing one on our recent visit.  Check on the upper shelf in your closet when you arrive, and if there's not one there, just give a ring to housekeeping to have one promptly delivered!
