    I am staying at the Gran Destino Tower at the end of the month. I’d like to have snacks delivered to the hotel from Amazon. What’s the best address for shipping? Is the delivery address for Gran Destino different from the main Coronado Springs property?

    Hi Danny! Welcome to planDisney.

    My family stayed in the Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort earlier this month, and we agreed it was one of our favorite places to stay out of any of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels. Our room was huge, with an amazing view, fabulous bathroom, and great functional design touches like USB plugs at the bedside tables, tons of storage space, and a wide entryway to the room. We LOVED it and I know you will too!

    I'm sending you a Mickey-shaped high-five because ordering snacks and groceries for your Walt Disney World vacation is one of the planDisney panelists' go-to tips. It's so nice to arrive and have snacks, quick breakfast items, sports drinks, and other vacation staples waiting for you. It's also a great way to save money, as convenience items can be priced higher in Disney shops.

    The reception, concierge, and Bell Services desks at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort are now located in the Gran Destino Tower. This means there is one address for the whole resort, including the tower. This is how you should note your address:

    Your Amazon order will be held at Bell Services until you're ready to pick it up. Please note there is currently a $6 per package charge for receiving packages at Disney resort hotels (subject to change). If you would like to have Bell Services deliver your package to your room, you must be present in order to receive the delivery. It's optional, but customary, to tip for this service; most people tip $1-2 per package or bag.

    Enjoy your stay, Danny! There's so much to love about this gorgeous resort (it really feels like vacation paradise), but what I loved most was the coffee at Barcelona Lounge. Every morning I would wake up and head down to pick up drinks for myself and my husband, and then I'd take a walk outside to enjoy the beautiful views of Lago Dorado and the Florida morning skies. It was such a peaceful way to start a vacation day.
